you worry too much about rendering.
Dear arki, apprentice, draftsman, you worry too much about rendering.
Visuals are important, yes. Hyper realism gets you bragging right, yes. Conceptual renders depict solutions, yes. Upgrading your rendering skills higher the market value, yes.
But you are not the whole real estate. You are not solely a graphic artist. You are on your way to becoming the Master Builder.
Stop comparing your works with renders alone. The better builder will always be the one with practical connection details.
Look at your blueprint, the render you spent hours in will only show up on the first page. The rest are construction details.
That's why you should also spend time honing that skill into structural connection detail, material library & estimates, project scheduling, plumbing & water code, electrical analysis and the best layout for wirings and pipings, and the most efficient layout for the water tank and septic vault.

Arki groups, Arki pages, Developers will always put realistic renderings as a front, for the marketing, for the impact. That doesn't mean you have no competence.
It is always better to have a simple traditional drawing and have the owner say "WOW!" at the actual construction. Rather than having hyper realistic render marketing and have the owner say "AY, IBA YUNG NASA DRAWING."
That is because you plan the construction process during the design phase itself. The warehouse, vehicular and delivery entries, site barracks, site canteen, local hardware suppliers, palettes, weather condition, and good project management.

Remember ARKI - MASTER, TEKTON - BUILDER. You should know more than just photographs. You MUST BE a LEADER. And that starts with a Leadership Lifestyle & Attitude, on and off site
