Groupworks are best organized by specialization (each assigned a different task they excel in).

And Groupworks easily fail in FB messenger brainstorming. Groupchats should only be for directives, updates, file sharing, and designated assignment, NEVER DISCUSSION.

So, brainstorm individually first, then propose the summarized solution to the group for consensus. Do not brainstorm from 0 progress with the group, it's a waste of time. Meetings should be 45mins max.

Back up files, always. That means, you should have basic IT knowledge and PC troubleshooting through COMMAND PROMPT, REGISTRY, TASK MANAGER, and basic operations involved in running and saving the 3d animation and presentation files.

ABSENCE will always be seen as lack of contribitution, no matter the excuse, even if you did all the work elsewhere. Someone who is present without even working will make you feel like he contributed. TIME and PRESENCE is key, do not adjust the system that grades you. Do it after you graduate.

Those who are willing to back out or be absent could contribute FINANCIALLY, which is actually the greatest contribution for all the materials spent.
